I received amazing service and was thoroughly pleased with the whole experience. Nick was very professional and really really knew his stuff, from the history of maps to the current development of mapping tech. There are a lot of cowboys out there with cheap kit who pretend to know what they are doing but they don’t! Nick supercedes everyone I have ever used and will be the only guy I’m using from now on. Will always recommend to my friends and family as I know the service and product they receive will be the highest possible standard. Great service and an all round lovely guy thumbs up from me.

Nick came to my house today after talking previously for a couple of days about the remapping of my Mercedes C200.

His service was very professional and efficient. The gains I have unlocked on my car are something else 😄 it’s much more responsive and pulls much faster,

Even told me how to replace my faulty thermostat that was picked up on the health check before the map.

Couldn’t recommend him enough.

I have an Audi A5 3.0 V6 Quattro spoke to Nick to ask what I would get if I had it remapped, the car went well beforehand but true to his word goes really well now. It’s pulls like a train in 4/5/6 gear unbelievable the difference. Massive thanks to Nick thinking of getting the misses Mini done now.

Nick remapped my 66reg Peugeot Partner Van. difference is hard to describe! Van pulls like dream now – higher torque available on lower RPM. Also motorway is so pleasure do drive. Thank you Nick, we will definitely meet again!

Hi all, had my motorhome remapped by Nick of Cit-Tech last Friday, Nick phoned to ask if he could turn up early which was ok by me, Nick introduced himself and was very polite and professional. The remap took about 11/2 hours.
The difference this had made to my motorhome was amazing to say the lest, the engine is much smother, responsive, more powerful and less gear changes, i got approx 4 mpg more than before from 25 mpg to 29mpg, this was a run from Maidstone to Amesbury on the A303 then cross country for weekend at Cheddar Gorge without changing gear apart from Traffic Problems on M25 then A roads, on the hills it just wanted to keep pulling.
If anybody has doubts about remapping don’t its amazing and you won’t be sorry.
